Local Content & Government Procurement Authority (LCGPA)
Our local content percentage as certified by the LCGPA — the share of our delivered value that comes from Saudi labour, goods and services. In government procurement, local content is a scored criterion, so this figure is a measurable part of what our bids are worth to a public-sector buyer.

Classified in the information technology activity at the third grade. The classification governs the contract sizes we are qualified to bid for on government work, and combines a technical assessment of our delivery capability with our financial standing.

Accredited at silver level by the authority that regulates digital government in Saudi Arabia. The DGA sets the standards that government digital products are built and operated against, and accredits the suppliers assessed as able to meet them.

The national mark for technology developed in the Kingdom. Our five platforms — Experia, Masharef, Almajles, Atam and Hema — are designed and built in-house in Riyadh, which is what the mark certifies and what keeps the roadmap, the source and the support in the same country as our clients.

Cloud Application Security Assessment — an independent review of application security against the OWASP Application Security Verification Standard. It is the assessment Google requires of applications that handle sensitive user data, and it is carried out by an accredited third-party lab rather than self-declared.

Amazon Web Services
A member of the AWS Partner Network. We architect, migrate and operate workloads on AWS as part of our cloud management service, including the cost and security reviews that keep a migrated estate from quietly growing more expensive than the one it replaced.
Oracle
A member of the Oracle PartnerNetwork. We implement and administer Oracle database and application estates — the same database work our application and database management clients outsource to us rather than staff in-house.
