We led a comprehensive project to modernize the operational and financial management systems for a real estate and asset management firm. The project included the development of an internal operations portal, a mobile app, and a full ERP implementation using Microsoft Dynamics 365 to serve four core areas: Finance, HR, Property Management, and Procurement.
